How do I pay?

To order from us you must have an account with a Canadian financial institution offering Interac E-Transfer. Once you have completed your transaction you will be presented with a final amount. You can then proceed to login to your bank or other institution and send an Interac E-Transfer of the total amount to Remember to use your last name as password. (add zero/zeros if too short of a name). We also accept Credit Card payments with a slight upcharge 3.75% by phone only, make note in your order and we will call you.

How do I verify my account?

You must send us some document or documents that show your eligibility to receive and use medical marijuana. This can be proven in many ways such as:

  1.       MMAR
  2.       MMPR
  3.       ACMPR
  4.       Doctors Prescription
  5.       Other Authorization to Possess

You will also need to provide a valid piece of id such as:

  1.       Drivers license
  2.       Passport
  3.       Province ID card
  4.       Birth Certificate
  5.       Permanent Resident Card
  6.       Health Card

You can send these documents to or visit our contact page where you can upload and send your documents by selecting “Medical Verification” in the drop down on the left.

Please note: If you use the contact us page to send your documents it can only accept one document at a time, meaning you will need to submit the files in a single pdf file, zip file, or send separate messages.

Packages are generally dispatched within a day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post Express with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Canada Post with required signature, an additional cost will be applied to your order. You can add this shipping upgrade from the extras page here. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipments are sent on all weekdays that Post Offices open. Shipments received before 12:00AM (Midnight) PST will be shipped next day.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and province/territory. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can group two distinct orders placed separately provided you contact us before sending payment for the second order.

Tyvek bubble envelopes are amply sized and your items are well-protected inside "MYLAR" silver smell proof bags.
